59.1-465. Remedies cumulative.

The rights, remedies and prohibitions contained in this chapter shall be inaddition to and cumulative of any other right, remedy or prohibition accordedby common law, federal law or the statutes of the Commonwealth, and nothingcontained herein shall be construed to deny, abrogate or impair any suchcommon law or statutory right, remedy or prohibition.
