59.1-130. Punishment for violation of 59.1-128 or 59.1-129.

Any person violating any of the provisions of 59.1-128 or 59.1-129 shallbe confined in the penitentiary not less than one year nor more than twoyears, or in the discretion of the court or the jury trying the case, shallbe fined not less than $100 nor more than $1,000, or confined in jail for anyterm not exceeding twelve months, or both. Possession of secondhand articlesin violation of the provisions of the above sections shall be prima facieevidence of guilt.
