59.1-112. Fraudulently impressing brand on timber.

If any person shall knowingly or fraudulently impress or place such brand ortrademark on any log, tree or other timber not his own he shall be guilty ofa misdemeanor and fined for each offense not less than $10 nor more than $100and confined in jail not less than ten nor more than twenty days.
