2006 Code of Virginia § 59.1-105 - Certificate as evidence of right to use marks

59.1-105. Certificate as evidence of right to use marks.

Any certificate of such mark of designation shall be prima facie evidence ofthe right of the person filing the same to use the mark or marks mentionedtherein.
