56-5. Triple damages for injury to property of public service corporation.

Any person who shall wilfully destroy, injure, or obstruct any of the worksor property of a public service corporation shall be liable to suchcorporation for three times the amount of the actual damage therebysustained. This section shall not relieve such person of any liability tocriminal prosecution for such offense, or of any fine or imprisonment imposedby law therefor.
