56-482. Agreements between telephone companies to be submitted toCommission.

Upon demand of either party thereto or any person affected thereby allarrangements and agreements whatever between two or more telephone companiesdoing business in this Commonwealth, affecting or regulating the division ofcharges, earnings, or the manner of transmission of messages over theirrespective lines, or the physical connection between the lines of suchcompanies, shall be submitted to the Commission for inspection insofar asthey may affect the efficiency of the public service and the ability of therespective companies to best serve the public and be subject to its approval.
