56-476. Company shall not contract against its own negligence.

No company doing business as a telegraph company in this Commonwealth shallhave the right, by contract or otherwise, to limit, evade, or restrict in anymanner whatsoever its liability for negligence in sending, receiving, ordelivering any dispatch or message delivered to it in the regular course ofbusiness.
