56-473. Reasonable regulations for "day letters" and "night letters".

Telegraph companies may make reasonable regulations for the transmission anddelivery of telegrams commonly designated as "day letters" or "nightletters," and if such regulations are complied with the penalties imposed by 56-469 shall not be incurred.
