56-468. Endangering life or limb by stringing wires across other works.

Whoever shall hereafter erect, string, or maintain wires for any telephone ortelegraph lines, over or across the works, in this Commonwealth, of anycompany chartered as a work of internal improvement in any manner so as toendanger the lives or limbs of the employees of such company, or otherperson, shall, for each offense, be fined not less than $100 nor more than$500.
