55-79.29. Investigation by Board upon belief of violation by developer;examination of records, etc.

If the Board has reason to believe that a developer is violating anyprovision set forth in 55-79.16 to 55-79.29, or the rules and regulationsof the Board made pursuant thereto, the Board may investigate the developer'sproject and examine the books, accounts, records and files used in theproject of the developer. For the purposes of examination, the developer isrequired to keep and maintain records of all sales transactions and of thefunds received by him pursuant thereto, and to make them accessible to theBoard upon reasonable notice and demand.
