55-69. Of special warranty.

A covenant by any such grantor "that he will warrant specially the propertyhereby conveyed" shall have the same effect as if the grantor has covenantedthat he, his heirs and personal representatives will forever warrant anddefend such property unto the grantee, his heirs, personal representativesand assigns, against the claims and demands of the grantor, and all personsclaiming or to claim by, through or under him.
