55-67. Effect of word "covenants.".

When a deed uses the words "the said . . . . . . . . . . covenants," suchcovenant shall have the same effect as if it were expressed to be by thecovenantor, for himself, his heirs, personal representatives and assigns andshall be deemed to be with the covenantee, his heirs, personalrepresentatives and assigns.
