2006 Code of Virginia § 55-47.1 - Tangible personal property

55-47.1. Tangible personal property.

No presumption of ownership of tangible personal property shall arise byoperation of law to prefer one spouse of a marriage over the other if suchpresumption is based solely on the sex of the spouse.
