2006 Code of Virginia § 55-421 - Savings clause

55-421. Savings clause.

All rental agreements, entered into prior to July 1, 1981, which have notbeen extended or renewed after that date, shall remain valid and may beenforced or terminated in accordance with their terms or as permitted by anyother statute or law of this Commonwealth.
