55-405. Property held as tenants by the entirety.

As to property held by the slayer and the decedent as tenants by the entiretyor any other form of ownership with right of survivorship, the resultingdeath of the decedent caused by the slayer thereby effects a vesting of theinterest of the slayer to the estate of the decedent as though the slayer hadpredeceased the decedent.
