55-327. Order of court.

If it appears from the evidence or from such report, if any be made, that asmany as three hundred persons reside within such boundaries and that amajority of the freeholders residing therein are in favor of prohibitingthose animals specified in 55-306 from running at large; and, in case of anuncontested petition, without other evidence than the petition itself, suchcourt shall enter an order fixing such boundaries as aforesaid.
