55-323. Courts to fix boundaries of villages to prevent animals fromrunning at large.

The circuit court of any county in which is situated any village orunincorporated community having within defined boundaries a population of 300or more, shall have jurisdiction as herein provided, to fix the boundaries ofsuch village or unincorporated community for the purpose of preventing thoseanimals specified in 55-306 from running at large within such boundaries.
