55-307. Lien on animals.

After a judgment of the court a lien upon such animal shall enure for thebenefit of the owner or tenant of such enclosed ground, and execution shallthereupon issue from the court rendering the judgment, and the animal oranimals so trespassing shall be levied upon by the officer to whom theexecution was issued, who shall sell the same, as provided by statute.
