2006 Code of Virginia § 55-177 - Trial by jury; judgment of court

55-177. Trial by jury; judgment of court.

The court may cause a jury to be impaneled to ascertain any facts which maybe disputed and if it see fit may set aside the verdict and have a new juryimpaneled. Its decision shall be such as the rights of the petitioner mayrequire.
