2006 Code of Virginia § 54.1-904 - Limitation of powers of Board

54.1-904. Limitation of powers of Board.

Nothing in this chapter shall authorize the Board to decide upon theliability of a pilot or his apprentice to any person injured by hisnegligence or misconduct, or to prevent such person from recovering for anydamage occasioned thereby.
