54.1-704.2. (Effective until July 1, 2007) License required for schools ofbarbering, cosmetology, nail care, waxing, hair braiding, tattooing, orbody-piercing.
Except as provided in 54.1-701, no person, firm or corporation shalloperate or attempt to operate a school of barbering, cosmetology, nail care,waxing, hair braiding, tattooing, or body-piercing unless licensed by theBoard pursuant to its regulations.
