2006 Code of Virginia § 54.1-3006.2 - Nurse aide education program

54.1-3006.2. Nurse aide education program.

All approved nurse aide education programs shall provide each studentapplying to or enrolled in such program with a copy of applicable Virginialaw regarding criminal history records checks for employment in certainhealth care facilities, and a list of crimes which pose a barrier to suchemployment.
