2006 Code of Virginia § 52-9.2 - Wearing of same or similar uniforms by other persons

52-9.2. Wearing of same or similar uniforms by other persons.

When such official uniform has been adopted by the Superintendent, no policeofficer of any county, city or town, special policeman, guard or other personshall wear any uniform identical with such official uniform or so similar inappearance as to be likely to deceive the casual observer.

Violations of this section or 52-9.1 shall constitute a misdemeanor and bepunished as provided by law.
