52-45. Protective Order Registry established.

The Superintendent shall establish, organize and maintain within theDepartment of State Police a computerized Protective Order Registry as acentral repository of information regarding outstanding, valid protectiveorders. Such information shall be maintained and disseminated by the registryas accurately and completely as possible to assist in the expedited entry anddissemination of protective order information.
