50-73.144. Application and construction.

A. This chapter shall be applied and construed to effectuate its generalpurpose to make uniform the law with respect to the subject of this chapteramong States enacting it.

B. This chapter shall be construed in furtherance of the policies of givingmaximum effect to the principle of freedom of contract and of enforcingpartnership agreements.
