46.2-908. Registration of bicycle, electric personal assistive mobilitydevice, and electric power-assisted bicycle serial numbers.
Any person who owns a bicycle, electric personal assistive mobility device,or electric power-assisted bicycle may register its serial number with thelocal law-enforcement agency of the political subdivision in which suchperson resides.
