46.2-803. Keep to the right in crossing intersections or railroads.

Except as otherwise provided by law, when crossing an intersection ofhighways or the intersection of a highway by a railroad right-of-way, thedriver of a vehicle shall drive on the right half of the roadway unless it isobstructed or impassable. When crossing an intersection of highways,however, the driver of a vehicle may overtake or pass another vehicle in theintersection if such intersection is designated and marked as a passing zone.
