46.2-480. Reimbursement of carrier and proration of insurance.

Any policy may provide:

1. That the insured, or any other person covered by the policy, shallreimburse the insurance carrier for payments made on account of any accident,claim, or suit involving a breach of the terms, provisions, or conditions ofthe policy; or

2. For proration of the insurance with other applicable valid and collectibleinsurance.
