46.2-463. Penalty for forging evidence of financial responsibility.

Any person who forges or without authority signs any evidence of ability torespond in damages or knowingly attempts to employ or use any evidence ofability to respond in damages, as required by the Commissioner in theadministration of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
