46.2-375. Reports by medical examiners of deaths resulting from accidents.

Every person holding the office of medical examiner shall report to theCommissioner: (i) the death of a person in his jurisdiction as a result of amotor vehicle accident, immediately after learning of the death; (ii) on orbefore the tenth day of each month, all deaths resulting from motor vehicleaccidents during the preceding calendar month. These reports shall be madein the form prescribed by the Commissioner.
