46.2-341.32. Authority to enter into agreements.

The Department may procure and enter into agreements or arrangements for thepurpose of participating in the Commercial Driver License System or any othersimilar information system established to implement the requirements of theCommercial Motor Vehicle Safety Act, and may procure and enter into otheragreements or arrangements to carry out the provisions of this article.
