46.2-2816. License fees required by law; collection of license fees;payments from Fund.
The fee for each license year or part thereof shall be determined by theBoard. All application and licensing fees provided for in this chapter shallbe established and collected by the Board and paid into the state treasuryand set aside as a special fund to meet the expenses of the Board.
