46.2-2812. Licenses required.
On and after July 1, 2008, it shall be unlawful for any person to engage inbusiness in the Commonwealth as a towing and recovery operator without firstobtaining a license as a Class A or Class B operator as provided in thischapter. Violation of any provision of this section shall constitute a Class1 misdemeanor.
