46.2-2069. Application; requirements.

An applicant for a permit issued pursuant to this article shall furnish, atthe time the application is made, a statement in writing signed by theapplicant (i) setting forth the names and locations of the factories, plants,offices or other places of like nature to and from which the applicantproposes to operate and (ii) stating that such applicant will transport onlybona fide employees of such factories, plants, offices or like places to andfrom work.
