46.2-1992.81. Appeals from actions of the Commissioner.

Any person aggrieved by the action of the Commissioner in refusing to grantor renew a license or certificate of dealer registration or qualificationissued under this chapter, or by any other action of the Commissioner whichis alleged to be improper, unreasonable, or unlawful under the provisions ofthis chapter is entitled to judicial review in accordance with the provisionsof the Administrative Process Act ( 2.2-4000 et seq.).
