46.2-1991. Enforcement; regulations.

The Commissioner may promulgate regulations reasonably necessary forenforcement of this article.

In addition to any other sanctions or remedies available to the Commissionerunder this chapter, the Commissioner may assess a civil penalty not to exceed$1,000 for any single violation of this article. Each day that a violationcontinues shall constitute a separate violation.
