46.2-1915. Location to be specified; display of license; change of location.

The licenses of T&M vehicle dealers, manufacturers, factory branches,distributors, and distributor branches and the licenses of motor vehiclemanufacturers, factory branches, distributors and distributor branches, shallspecify the location of each place of business, branch or other locationoccupied or to be occupied by the licensee in conducting his business and thelicense issued therefor shall be conspicuously displayed at each of thepremises. If any licensee intends to change a licensed location, he shallprovide the Commissioner thirty days' advance written notice, and asuccessful inspection of the new location shall be required prior to approvalof a change of location. The Commissioner shall endorse the change oflocation on the license, without charge, if the new location is within thesame county or city. A change in location to another county or city shallrequire a new license and fee. Nothing contained in this section shallprevent a licensee engaged in business exclusively as a dealer in used mobilehomes without inventory from conducting business in any county or city otherthan the county or city in which his established place of business ismaintained.
