46.2-1577. Appeals from actions of the Board.

Any person aggrieved by the action of the Board in refusing to grant or renewa license or certificate of dealer registration or qualification issued underthis chapter, or by any other action of the Board which is alleged to beimproper, unreasonable, or unlawful under the provisions of this chapter isentitled to judicial review in accordance with the provisions of theAdministrative Process Act ( 2.2-4000 et seq.).
