46.2-1534. Signs.

Each retail motor vehicle dealer's place of business shall be identified by apermanent sign visible from the front of the business office so that thepublic may quickly and easily identify the dealership. The sign shallcontain the dealer's trade name in letters no less than six inches in heightunless otherwise restricted by law or contract.

Each licensee engaged in business exclusively as a dealer in used mobilehomes without inventory shall be identified by a permanent sign visible fromthe front of the business office so that the public may quickly and easilyidentify the dealership. The sign shall contain the dealer's trade name inletters no less than two inches in height unless otherwise restricted by lawor contract.
