46.2-1505. Suit to enjoin violations.

The Board, whenever it believes from evidence submitted to the Board that anyperson has been violating, is violating or is about to violate any provisionof this chapter, in addition to any other remedy, may bring an action in thename of the Commonwealth to enjoin any violation of this chapter.
