46.2-1307.1. Designation of private roads as highways for law-enforcementpurposes in Warren County.
Notwithstanding the provisions of 46.2-1307, the governing body of WarrenCounty may adopt ordinances designating the private roads, within anyresidential development containing 50 or more lots, as highways forlaw-enforcement purposes.
