46.2-1306.1. Prohibiting parking so as to prevent the use of curb ramps.

The governing body of any county, city, or town may by ordinance prohibit theparking of a vehicle, whether attended or unattended, so as to prevent theuse of a curb ramp located on public property or on privately owned propertywhich is open to the public. A summons for the offense may be issued bylaw-enforcement department employees without the necessity of a warrant beingobtained by the owner of any private property.
