46.2-1219. Regulation of vehicular and pedestrian traffic on certainparking lots.

The governing body of any county, city, or town may by ordinance regulate theflow of vehicular and pedestrian traffic, the parking of vehicles, and speedlimits on parking lots which are open to the public and designed toaccommodate fifty or more vehicles, but no such ordinance shall conflict withstate law.
