46.2-1187.1. Right of entry.

Whenever it is necessary for the purposes of this article, the ExecutiveDirector or his duly authorized agent or employee at reasonable times mayenter any establishment or upon any public or private property to obtaininformation or conduct surveys, audits, or investigations.
