46.2-1046. Traction engines and tractors.

The Commonwealth Transportation Board and local authorities in theirrespective jurisdictions may, in their discretion, issue special permitsauthorizing the operation on a highway of traction engines or tractors havingmovable tracks with transverse corrugations upon the periphery of suchmovable tracks.
