44-52. Dismissal or dishonorable discharge.

No sentence of dismissal from the service or dishonorable discharge, imposedby a National Guard courts-martial not in federal service, shall be executeduntil approved by the Governor. Any officer convicted by a generalcourts-martial and dismissed from the service shall be forever disqualifiedfrom holding a commission in the militia.
