38.2-4137. Exemption of member representatives of certain societies.

The provisions of 38.2-4132 shall not apply to the member representativesof any society organized or licensed under this chapter which insures itsmembers against death, dismemberment and disability resulting from accidentonly, and which pays no commission or other compensation for the solicitationand procurement of such contracts.
