38.2-4121. Investments.

A society shall invest its funds only in investments authorized by Chapter 14of this title for the investment of assets of life insurers and subject tothe limitations thereon. Any foreign or alien society permitted or seekingto do business in this Commonwealth which invests its funds in accordancewith the laws of the state, district, territory, country or province in whichit is incorporated, shall be held to meet the requirements of this sectionfor the investment of funds.
