2006 Code of Virginia § 38.2-4002 - Continuation of existing societies

38.2-4002. Continuation of existing societies.

Any burial society that was licensed and operating as a burial society onJuly 1, 1952, in this Commonwealth may continue to operate as a burialsociety as long as it complies with the provisions of this chapter and allother applicable statutes.
