38.2-3505. Inapplicable or inconsistent provisions.

If any provision of this article is inapplicable to or inconsistent with thecoverage provided by a particular form of policy, the insurer, with theCommission's approval, shall omit or modify the inapplicable or inconsistentprovision to make that provision consistent with the coverage provided by thepolicy.
